Noah Rogers slides safely into third in the first inning. Rogers would score on a wild pitch for the first run of the game. North Laurel downed Prestonsburg, 8-7, Tuesday night, then rolled over Morgan County, 12-0, Wednesday night to stay alive in the state tournament. North was scheduled to face Warren County Southern Thursday night in the semi-finals. If they won that game, they will play tonight 6 p.m. for the state title.
