Linda Toupin receives coveted pink Cadillac XLR

In honor of her career achievements, Linda Chesnut-Toupin of Corydon, Ind., has earned the use of an exclusive Mary Kay pink Cadillac XLR, the most coveted incentive awarded by the Company and one of the most recognized brand symbols in the world. Toupin’s new Cadillac comes in pearlized pink — a color unique to the Mary Kay career car program.

Toupin, a former home economics teacher, is among an elite set of business owners within Mary Kay. She is an independent national sales director, the pinnacle of achievement for an independent Mary Kay business owner. Independent national sales directors rank among the top one percentile in terms of sales and recruitment of the entire 1.8 million Mary Kay independent sales force members worldwide. Throughout Mary Kay Inc.’s 44-year history, slightly more than 500 women have independent national sales director.

As a Mary Kay independent national sales director, Toupin was able to select her vehicle from six different Cadillac models. Mary Kay independent national sales directors who earn the use of a pink Cadillac may choose from the CTS, SRX, DTS, STS, XLR and Escalade models. Mary Kay independent sales directors who earn the use of a pink Cadillac can choose from the CTS, SRX and DTS models only. This is the first time in the company’s history that six versions of the Cadillac have been available within the Mary Kay career car program.

Toupin began her Mary Kay business as an independent beauty consultant in April of 1982 and as a direct result of her accomplishments, became an independent sales director in October of 1993. In August of 2000, Toupin reached the pinnacle of achievement when she became an independent national sales director.
