Toupin’s new Cadillac comes in pearlized pink — a color unique to the Mary Kay career car program.

Toupin, a former home economics teacher, is among an elite set of business owners within Mary Kay. Throughout Mary Kay Inc.’s 44-year history, slightly more than 500 women have independent national sales director.

As a Mary Kay independent national sales director, Toupin was able to select her vehicle from six different Cadillac models. Mary Kay independent national sales directors who earn the use of a pink Cadillac may choose from the CTS, SRX, DTS, STS, XLR and Escalade models. Mary Kay independent sales directors who earn the use of a pink Cadillac can choose from the CTS, SRX and DTS models only. This is the first time in the company’s history that six versions of the Cadillac have been available within the Mary Kay career car program.

“The career car program provides the independent sales force the opportunity to earn the use of a visible symbol of success,” said Gary Jinks, Mary Kay Inc. senior vice president of sales. “Each car in this exciting incentive program reflects the hard work, determination and professionalism of the independent sales force.
