April 18- Public information meeting concerning U.S. 25 in London

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — MANCHESTER — A Public Information Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 18 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at South Laurel High School (located at 201 South Laurel Road, adjacent to U.S. 25) concerning a project that would improve U.S. 25 in London.

The proposed project begins at the intersection of U.S. 25 and Ky. 1006 and extends north to the intersection of U.S. 25 and Ky. 229. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce design alternates for the project – some involve improvements to the existing route, while others depict a new alignment. Anyone having an interest in this project or owning property affected by this project is urged to attend this meeting.

Transportation Cabinet representatives will be available to receive comments and respond to questions.
