LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Kirk Mays received a complaint from 9-1-1 dispatch that a vehicle was idling, and its driver slumped over the wheel on Levi Jackson Mill Road, two miles south of London on Thursday at 9:53 p.m.
Jason T. Randolph, 40, of South Laurel Road, London, is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
When Deputy Mays and Deputy Brett Reeves arrived at the scene, they located a beige colored Buick Century car. Randolph was slumped over the wheel, and the vehicle was in drive. After investigation, Randolph was determined to be under the influence and was arrested. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Facility.
