Indiana man arrested for DUI

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — An Indiana man passed out in his vehicle at a south Laurel business Wednesday resulted in his arrest.

Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Brett Reeves found 32-year-old Joseph L. Coulter of Evansville, Ind., passed out in his white Ford Ranger pickup at a business parking lot off Ky. 770, nine miles south of London, just after midnight Wednesday. Reeves determined Coulter was driving under the influence of intoxicants and placed him under arrest. Coulter was also charged with numerous traffic violations as well.
