E.B. man arrested for trafficking

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Laurel County Sheriff’s Detectives Brad Mitchell and Jason Back arrested an East Bernstadt man on Friday, Dec. 11 at 11 a.m. following an investigation into illegal drug trafficking on east Ky. 1376, six miles north of London.

Donald W. Radford, 55, of east Ky. 1376, East Bernstadt, was arrested and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense. Radford allegedly sold Oxycodone pills to another subject.

Assisting were Sheriff John Root, Chief Deputy Eddy Sizemore, Lt. Rodney Van Zant, Sgt. Chuck Johnson, Deputy Brett Reeves, Deputy Gilbert Acciardo, Detective Dayrl Zanet,and agents with the London Office of the D.E.A..

Detectives Mitchell and Back are continuing the investigation.
