James D. Barlow, 28, of 180 Gross Road in London, off Ky. 1535 or Sinking Creek Road, is being sought by police on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, chemical endangerment to a minor, and fleeing and evading police. Barlow allegedly fled the scene near his home on Gross Road last week. Another person, Janice Middleton, was arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of meth, growing five or more marijuana plants, possession of drug paraphernalia, and controlled substance endangerment to a child on April 2.
