Man arrested for shoplifting

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Laurel County Sheriff’s Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested a London man at Walmart, nine miles south of London, on Monday, Oct. 14 at 10:55 p.m. after he was caught pushing a shopping cart out of the store with unpaid items totaling over $250.

Richard J. Ciesielski Jr., 52,  of London was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting). He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
