Four arrested after complaint of suspicious activity

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —

Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Daniel Grigsby, along with Deputy Kevin Berry, were dispatched to a complaint of suspicious persons and suspicious activity on Delph Cemetery Road, six miles north of London, on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 6:30 p.m.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they located numerous individuals and they conducted an investigation. Four persons were arrested on various charges. They are identified as:

 Daven K. Hacker, 20, of London, who is charged with being a wanted person in Laurel County for failing to appear in court; and wanted in Knox County for failing to appear in court.

Justin A. Brock, 22, of London, who is charged with being a wanted person in Laurel County for failing to appear in court.

Delora G. Combs, 31, of Hyden, who is charged with being a wanted person in Laurel County for failing to appear in court.

Angela M. Shell, 38, of London, who is charged with alcohol intoxication.

All four were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
