Intoxicated woman found in the road

Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Tyler Morris was dispatched to a complaint of an alleged unstable, intoxicated person locked in a room off Pine Top Road, four miles west of London, on Sunday, Nov. 3  at 10:30 p.m.

When Deputy Morris arrived, he located the subject in the road and conducted investigation. He determined the individual was intoxicated and arrested her.

Sophie L. Dziadzio, 20, of Corbin was charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

She admitted to taking hydrocodone and Xanax earlier. She was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
