LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — June 19

 

• Keresia L. Botner, 41, 365 Bill Sub Road, London, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., .08, aggravated circumstances, first offense; third degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified; buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

• Joseph Bryant, 25, 221 East Hwy 1223, Corbin, remanded from family court.

• Randy Collins, 30, 127 Oak Grove Church Road, Corbin, second degree possession of a controlled substgance, drug unspecified; three counts of serving bench warrant for court.

• Jeffrey L. Collins, 42. 121 Citation Trail, Corbin, menacing.

• Robert D. Gibson, 32, 71 Greg Lane, Apt. 2, London, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., .08 aggravated circumstances, first offense; rear license not illuminated.

• Jacob T. Johnson, 22, 977 Victory Road, East Bernstadt, fourth degree assault, domestic violence with no visible injury.

• Derek L. McHargue, 23, 7737 Ky 1232, Corbin, receiving stolen property under $10,000; fraudulent use of a credit card, under $500 within a six month period; third degree burglary.

• Travs E. North, 26, 4604 Hwy 830, Corbin, theft by deception, including cold checks under $10,000; receiving stolen property under $10,000.

• Brandon Saylor, 29, 507 Frazier Street, Cumberland, theft by unlawful taking or dispossession of others, $500 or more but under $10,000.

• Rex Smallwood Jr., 26, 597 Philpot Road, London, theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500; public intoxication of a controlled substance, excluding alcohol.

• Heather N. Smith, 35, 638 New Way Trail, East Bernstadt, theft by unlawful taking or dispossession by shoplifting under $500.

• Matthew J. Taylor, 32, 227 Verne Road, Williamsburg, failure to produce insurance card; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance or securities, first offense; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., .08, aggravated circumstances, first offense; serving bench warrant for court.

• Sandra K. Thomas, 55, 293 Dolly Miller Road, London, serving bench warrant for court.

• Earl Wagers Jr., 31, 2591 Hazel Patch Road, East Bernstadt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., .08, aggravated circumstances, first offense; failure to dim headlights; third degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified.
