Three arrested for family fight

A family dispute not only turned dangerous, it landed three people in jail on Friday night.

When Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputies Larry Parrott and Milton Storm went to the scene on Keavy Road, five miles south of London, around 9:30 p.m. Friday, they found a tag team type situation of child against parent.

According to the press release from the sheriff’s office, the argument reportedly began when 24-year-old Stanley Wagers of Keavy Road in London grabbed his mother by the mouth during an argument. Wagers was determined to be under the influence and admitted taking Suboxone prior to the dispute. He was arrested for fourth-degree assault and public intoxication of controlled substances.

Rosanna Creech, 24, of Reams Lane in London was charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, after she allegedly hit her mother during an argument.

A third person, 23-year-old Jessica Creech of Keavy Road in London, was also jailed on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence for allegedly getting into an altercation with her sister and her soon-to-be mother-in-law.

All three were taken to the Laurel County Detention Center after their arrests.
