Sisters arrested after argument

An argument that got physical sent police to the western section of the county on Tuesday night, resulting in two arrests.

The call to Laurel Dispatch indicated two sisters were fighting at a residence on Les Hubbard Road, nine miles west of London, around 6:30 p.m.

Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Larry Parrott responded to the call and upon arriving at the scene, determined the two sisters had hit one another.

Leslie A. Brummett, 24, and Jessica L. Sizemore, 26, both of London, were charged with fourth-degree assault and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
