LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —

• Titus C. Abrudan, 44, 11 Bryback Crescent, Unit 103, Kitchener, Calf., speeding 19 mph over the limit; one headlight; possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in the motor vehicle, prohibited; operating on a commercial driver's license, under the influence .04 percent or a controlled substance; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., .08 first offense.

• Ora Angel, 70, 1498 Fariston Road, London, carrying a concealed weapon; first-degree unlawful imprisonment; first-degree wanton endangerment. 

• Michael K. Barnes, 29, 331 Wise Road, McKee, trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense.

• James W. Cole, 37, 476 East Hwy 552, London, theft by deception, including cold checks under $10,000.

• Kimberly Cope, 34, 376 Byble Road, London, endangering the welfare of a minor; possession of marijuana. 

• Mark D. Costillow, 57, 608 Shetland Drive, Richmond, first-degree wanton endangerment. 

• Rosemarie Davis, 29, 2190 Bushey Br, Flat Lick, trafficking in prescription blanks for controlled substances, second offense; two counts of contempt of court for libel, slander or resistance to order. 

• Jody D. England, 27, 740 Kirby Lane, London, theft by unlawful taking or disposition by shoplifting under $500.

• Paul D. Gray, 43, 5416 Barbourville Road, London, theft by unlawful taking or disposition greater than $500 and less than $10,000; second-degree burglary. 

• Paul Greer, 57, 1165 Wyan Road, London, public intoxication of a controlled substance, excludes alcohol. 

• William D. Howard, 41, 750 Blackley Road, London, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., .08 aggravated circumstances, first offense; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, first offense; two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified; buying or possessing drug paraphernalia. 

• Ashley N. Parker, 27, 313 Pennington Drive, East Bernstadt, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., .08 aggravated circumstances, first offense; rear license not illuminated.

• Timothy B. Robbins, 46, 172 Gregory Branch Road, Manchester, illegal possession of legend drug.

• George K. Sharp, 42, 304 Sharp Drive, Lake City, trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense. 

• Robert Shelton, 44, 376 Byble Road, London, endangering the welfare of a minor; possession of marijuana.
