Drunk man charged with trespassing

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — When residents of Boggs Road were awakened by an unfamiliar man knocking on their doors in the early morning hours, they immediately called police.

On arrival to the area, Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Josh Scott and Deputy Shawn Boroviak found 25-year-old Michael Horne of Owen Cemetery Road in Williamsburg wandering from door to door. After talking to Horne, the deputies determined that Horne was intoxicated and did not know anyone living in that area.

Horne was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct, and third-degree criminal trespass. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
