LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
Laurel County Sheriff’s Bailiff Kenton Scharf arrested Matthew Daniel Webb, 27, of Salem Subdivision in London, on Monday, Feb. 11 at 1 p.m. in the Laurel County Judicial Center in London. Webb was charged on a warrant of arrest, charging harassing communications.
He was then lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
Assisting in the arrest was Bailiff Andrew Lawson.
