Judicial Center arrest

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —

Laurel County Sheriff’s Cpl. Derek Price along with Court Security Officer Robert Smith arrested Jennifer Eads, 38, of Country Estates, Lawrenceburg, Ky. on Friday, March 7 at 9:15 a.m. The arrest occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center in downtown London. Officers at the security checkpoint conducted an investigation following suspicious items being spotted on the X-ray machine.

Eads was charged with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense; and prescription of controlled substances not in the original container, first offense. She was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
