Stolen goods found on Pepperhill Drive, thief wanted

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — The person(s) who took a wooden jewelry box and tossed it outside Pepperhill Drive apartments is being sought by police.

Although the items found were returned to the owner after a resident of the apartment complex discovered it, Laurel County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking information on the person who took the small wooden jewelry box, which was discovered on Thursday afternoon. The items had been reported stolen from a residence on Short Lane in London.
