Meth lab found in cemetery

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Milton Storm was called out to a possible meth lab being thrown out of a car at New Salem Cemetery, six miles east of London, on Sunday, March 3 around 4 p.m.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they located a one step meth lab that had been thrown out into the cemetery. Deputy James Sizemore, along with Detectives Billy Madden and Brad Mitchell, dismantled the meth lab.

The investigation is ongoing.
