Domestic complaint leads to arrests

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Laurel County Sheriff's Deputy Josh Scott, along with Deputy Kevin Berry, arrested two persons on Sunday morning at 1:50 a.m., six miles south of London after responding to a domestic violence complaint at a residence in Villagewood Court.

Robert W. Maxie, 53, of Villagewood Court, London, was arrested and charged on a Laurel County Bench warrant for theft by deception. Also arrested was Brittany McDonald, 27, of Village wood Court, charged on a Laurel County bench warrant with theft by deception.

Both individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
