LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
While a wanted felon remains on the lam, the man who helped him avoid capture faces a hearing in Laurel District Court today (Friday).
Coleman Delph Jr., 52, of East Pittsburg Church Road in London, was arrested at a residence on Echo Valley Road, seven miles south of London on Wednesday afternoon. Delph is charged with second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension by helping 50-year-old Jerry Wayne Burns of London move around so he would not be captured by police.
