Woman arrested for alcohol intoxication


Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Tyler Morris was dispatched to a possible disturbance complaint on Roy Dugger Road, eight miles west of London, early Sunday, Sept. 8 at 12:15 a.m.

When the deputy arrived at the scene, he observed a female standing in the driveway who appeared to be under the influence. While the deputy investigated the subject, she was yelling and creating a disturbance, and was determined to be under the influence.

Elise M. York, 32, of Lee Court, Frankfort, was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication and was lodged in the  Laurel County Detention Center.
