Disorderly conduct leads to arrest

London woman arguing with grandfather

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — A dispute between a woman and her grandfather ended with legal charges against the woman involved.

Arron Whittington, 33, of Redbird Lane in London, was arrested and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and public intoxication of a controlled substance.

Laurel County Sheriff’s Deputy Robbie Grimes and Deputy Kirk Mays went to the scene on Redbird Lane, two miles south of London, around 5:30 p.m. Thursday where Whittington was reportedly being disorderly and combative with her grandfather. Whittington was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center after her arrest.
