LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
To the editor:
I know we are going to save the Pennington House. That’s a no-brainer!
It is about the last of our beautiful old homes and it sits so proudly on the crest of the hill. No one wants to see it replaced with a gravel parking lot.
The question is, of course, just how to save it.
One solution that I have heard being discussed is the possibility of a bed and breakfast accommodation at the Pennington House.
Perfect house, perfect location!
I am sure there are other options that have merit.
Let’s find a solution.
