Letter to the editor
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
To the editor:
Friday, Aug. 27, The Sentinel-Echo published a guest editorial from the Joplin (Mo.) Globe, subject: “The Wisdom of Compromise,” which had to be addressed.
First and foremost, the United States of America is a constitutional republic, not a theocracy. Religion should never be a factor in any decisions involving the people of the United States.
The guest editorial stated supporters of building an Islamic Culture Center, with a prayer sanctuary, near the Sept. 11, 2001, aerial assault in lower Manhattan, New York City, were considered by some to be shy of being traitors.
Regarding traitors, the state of Missouri should be familiar with producing probably the worst traitor in the history of the United States — former President Harry S. Truman.
The treasonous act was the recognition of the occupation of Palestine by Zionist terrorists, as the socialist country of Israel.
Said action, in Palestine, by Zionists prior to May 1948 took the United States in to the greatest economic depression in its history. What’s worse is that every American military death or injury in the Middle East since Truman’s day of infamy was/is due to Truman’s treason and U.S. foreign policy.
And, if the editors at Zionist controlled newspapers recall, the stated reason for the Sept. 11, 2001, aerial attack was the then presence of U.S. military forces in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the occupation of Palestine by Israeli forces.
My fellow Americans, it was not or is not the Arabs of Islam that initiate terrorism. The original terrorist in Palestine (Canaan) was Moses, a Hebrew Arab.
Compromise will not work with Zionist terrorists. Diplomatic force instigated by the average American in the November 2010 and 2012 national elections can end the turmoil in the Middle East. Congress has to be replaced with Americans.
