LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
A Manchester physician who resides in London was arrested Friday on charges of child pornography.
Dr. Kishore Jadhav, 50, of 190 Oakwood Drive in London, was the subject of an investigation by the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations) and the Kentucky State Police for alleged sexual abuse. The investigation began on March 29, according to a press release from the London Post 11.
On Friday, April 20, it was determined Dr. Jadhav produced pornography involving a minor age child. He was arrested and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center. No bond amount was listed on the jail records.
Jadhav graduated from the J.J.M. Medical College in Davangere and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 1990. He specializes in internal medicine at Manchester Memorial Hospital and is board certified. He is a HealthGrades recognized doctor.
Jadhav’s background reflects no malpractice, sanctions or board actions in the past. He completed his internship at Cook County Hospital in 1995 and completed his residency in 1997 from the same facility.
The investigation is being continued by the FBI and the Kentucky State Police to determine if there are other victims.
