WCF ride coupons for armbands now on sale

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — World Chicken Festival ride coupons for armbands went on sale Tuesday, Sept. 11. If you purchased a coupon in advance they may be traded for an armband at a festival ticket box. The coupon will be good for one armband session.

Advance sale coupons for armbands will be on sale through Wednesday, Sept. 26, or while supply last, at the following locations — First National Bank, BB & T, Community Trust Bank, Cumberland Valley National Bank, Forcht Bank, Hometown Bank, London Community Center and London-Laurel County Tourist Commission.

The armband sessions are —

Thursday, Sept. 27, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 28, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 29, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 30, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Armbands are a one time, one-person item. They may not be exchanged and must be worn on wrist. Armbands that have been removed, torn or taped will not be honored — no rain checks.
