Betty D. Wardrup

Betty D. Wardrup, 63, of Honeysuckle Drive in Amelia, Ohio (formerly of London, Ky.) passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2008, at Anderson Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was born on May 16, 1944 in London, to the union of the late Roscoe Wardrup and Dora Hubbard Wardrup Harris.

Survivors include two daughters, Amy Fletcher, of Amelia, and Dana Lynn Dugan, of Bethel, Ohio; two sisters, Geneva Smith and Ella Mae O’Dell, both of Amelia; and two brothers, Edward Wardrup, of Hamersville, Ohio, and John Wardrup, of Tateville, Ky. Also surviving are four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her brother Alfred Wardrup.

Funeral services are to be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, at House-Rawlings Funeral Home, with Harry Lusby officiating. Burial is to follow at East Colony Cemetery in London.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from noon until the funeral hour.
