Roger Dean Weaver

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Roger Dean Weaver, 74, of London, Ky., passed away on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013 at Oak Tree Hospital in Corbin. 

He leaves behind his loving wife, Lucille Sasser Weaver; four children, Kennetha Weaver Graves, Kim Weaver Cox and husband Donnie, Jim Weaver and wife Cheri, John Weaver and wife Linda; three sisters, Flora Taylor and husband Tilman, Carol Bruner and husband Noris, Sherry Ann Mobley; one brother, Leary Weaver and wife Geraldine; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Waymon Weaver and Ruth Williams Weaver; two brothers, Darrell Weaver and Waymon Weaver Jr.; and by the best friend he ever had, Zip. 

A memorial service was held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 27, 2013 with David Taylor officiating. 

Visitation was held Friday starting at 5 p.m. until the service hour at House-Rawlings Funeral Home.
