Wanda Wilson

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Wanda Wilson, 71, of Corbin, Ky.,, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Baptist Health – Corbin.  

She is survived by two children, Leisa McQueen and Terry Blankenship and husband, Milton; three sisters, Shirley Gaines, Gerri Garland and Vonda Corum; one brother, Doug Smith; one grandchild, Nerissa Brumley Cooper and husband. Ronald; three great-grandchildren, Deavon Scalf, Hayden Brumley and Jerimiah Cooper; and special friend, Myrtle Brewer.  She is also blessed with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.  

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Willard McQueen; second husband, Maurice Wilson; her parents, James William Smith and Beatrice Miller Smith.  

Funeral services for Wanda Wilson will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. today, Friday, March 22, in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Fred Wynn officiating.  

Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery in Laurel County.

The family received friends after 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21 at the funeral home.
