LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
Charles Edward (Todd) Mink, 88, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 20.
He was born on April 18, 1924 in Rockcastle County, Ky., the son of the late William Henry and Mollie Poynter Mink.
He was a retired construction worker and a member of the Hazel Patch Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Rosa May; six brothers and two sisters, Robert, Earl, Walker, Roy, Albert, Homer, Ruby and Bertha Mink.
He was survived by two sons, Danny (Kim) Mink of East Bernstadt, and Kenneth Mink of Hodgenville, Ky.; two daughters, Aleda (Leonard) Eversole and Trula (Eddie) Eversole, both of East Bernstadt; one brother, Jim Mink of Warren, Mich.; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 23 at Bowling Funeral Home with Rev. Denny McCowan and Rev. Billy Medley officiating.
Burial followed in Elmwood Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, Ky.
Visitation was held at 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
