Janet Thompson

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Janet Thompson, 60, of Lily, Ky., passed away on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 at Saint Joseph London. 

She leaves behind three children, Shelley Vetor Doan and husband Freddy, James Vetor and wife Tina, Mike Vetor and wife Makeshia, all of London, Ky.; father, Dalton Whitaker of Elwood, Ind.; two sisters, Patricia Brewer of Big Sandy, Tenn., Ophelia Knepp, both of Big Sandy, Tenn.; four brothers, Gerald Whitaker, Charles Whitaker, Dwight Whitaker, Kenny Whitaker, all of Summittville, Ind.; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Thompson; and her mother, Vera Marie Wally Whitaker. 

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home. 

Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Saturday at House-Rawlings Funeral Home.
