Sheila Renee (Farris) Hensley

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Sheila Renee (Farris) Hensley, 58, Hembree Lane, Gray, Ky., passed away Monday, April 15, 2013, at her residence.

Born April 15, 1955 in Covington, Ky., she was the daughter of Ray and Naomi Martin Farris, Corbin. She was a postal service employee and a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Gray, Ky.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Farris.

Survivors include her parents; her husband, David Hensley, Gray, Ky.; two daughters, Stephanie Barton and husband, Brent and Aimee Mills, both, Corbin; a sister Kim Terrell and husband, Jim, Corbin; two grandchildren, Whitley Tye and Brenli Barton, both of Corbin; four nieces, Candice Henson and husband, Lane, Sarasota, Fla., Brooke Terrell, Corbin, Tara Taylor and husband, Mike, Barbourville, and April Sears and husband, Cory, Corbin.

Funeral service for Sheila Renee (Farris) Hensley was conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 18 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Kevin Roach officiating.

Burial followed in Doolin Cemetery in Heidrick, Ky.

Pallbearers were Larry Hensley, Dennis Hensley, Travis Hensley, Doug Bruner, Denny Hensley and Russell Hensley.

Visitation was after 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 17 at the funeral home.
