Curtis Barger

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Curtis Barger, 84, London, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, at Saint Joseph London.

He was a member of the East Bernstadt Church of God, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a retired press operator in the automobile industry.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred Barger, London; the following children, Terry (Linda) Barger, Dale (Sandra) Barger and Katina (Craig) Singleton, all of London, and Melanie (Jeff) Massey, of Manchester; seven grandchildren; 1 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Crafton Barger, Saul, Ky.

Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20 at the East Bernstadt Church of God with Eric Richardson and Eddie Hall officiating.

Burial followed at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, Lily.

Britton Funeral Home of Manchester was in charge of arrangements.
