LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
Ruth Ann Smith, 51, East Bernstadt, Ky., passed away Friday, May 18, 2012, at her residence.
She is survived by her parents, Ralph and Dorothy Roark Sizemore; and her husband, Vernon Ray Smith.
Funeral services were conducted at 3 p.m. Monday, May 21 in the chapel of Bowling Funeral Home with Denny McCowan and Kevin Wilson officiating.
Burial followed in Potter Cemetery, Laurel County.
Visitation was after 5 p.m. Sunday.
