Janet Fay Moses Polson

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Janet Fay Moses Polson, 75, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014.

She was born on February 4, 1938, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clarence and Effie Centers Moses.

She was a homemaker and a member of East Side Church of God.

She was united in marriage to Lee Ellis Polson, who preceded her in death on June 2, 2008.

She is survived by a brother, Juel Marvin Moses of Florida; a niece, Joyce Holcomb of Marietta, Ga.; and her special friends, Mike and Wilma Hoskins of Lily, who she thought of as her own children; plus a host of other friends to mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is also preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Moses.

Funeral services for Janet Fay Moses Polson were conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2 in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Randall Lee and Sean Disney officiating.

Burial followed in the A. R. Dyche Memorial Park.

The family received friends at Bowling Funeral Home from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
