LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Chevy Nicole Blankenship, 1 day old, Sand Gap, Ky., passed away Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Saint Joseph London.

She was the daughter of Brittany Brock and Chris Blankenship, both of Sand Gap, Ky.

Graveside services were conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11 at McDaniel Cemetery with Brother Larry Proffitt officiating.

London Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
