Calvin Grubb

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Calvin Grubb, 61, passed away Sunday, Nov, 25, 2012.

He was born Feb. 11, 1951 in Clay County, Ky., the son of the late Manuel and Noarine Vaughn Grubb.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Grubb.

He was a member of the United Church of God.

He is survived by his wife, Beryl Robbin Jackson Grubb; three sons, Jerome and Aaron Grubb, both  of London and Curtis (Jamie) Grubb of Berea, Ky.; three brothers, Sonny (Claudia) Grubb of East Bernstadt, Robert (Brenda) Grubb of Richmond, Ky., and Darrell (Michelle) Grubb of London; four sisters, Carolyn Lawson, Freda (Carson) Allen, Teresa Cheek, and Evangeline (Marty) Minton, all of London; four grandchildren, Austin, Jacquline, Coleton and Clayton Grubb; plus several nieces and nephews and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be from 5 until the 7 p.m. funeral hour today, Nov. 28 in the chapel of Bowling Funeral Home with Elder Stan Martin and Elder Ray Cowen officiating.

In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to Bowling Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
