Ruth Howard

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Ruth Howard, 90, of Northland Drive in Corbin, Ky., passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at Baptist Health-Corbin.  

She is survived by three children, James Howard,  of Las Vegas, Nev., Pamela Howard, of Corbin, Ky., and William Howard, of Tucson, Ariz.; seven grandchildren, Noel, Heather, Zack, Matt, Joel, Margaret, and Elizabeth; two great-grandchildren, Sidney and Madison.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Howard; her parents, Solomon and Lily Petry Mullins; seven sisters, Mossie Howard, Maude Kelley, Marva Foley, Doris Harris, Dorothea Brock, Roberta Mullins, Mae Mullins; five brothers, Roy Mullins, Louis Mullins, Chester Mullins, Clarence Mullins, Shivey Mullins; and one grandson, Sean.  

The family received friends beginning at 12 noon Tuesday, April 30 until the 2 p.m. funeral hour conducted at House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Pastor William E. Howard officiating.
