LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
Dale Edward Lucas, 44, Laurel County, Ky., passed away Friday, Jan. 11, 2013.
Born Aug. 26, 1968 in Laurel County, Ky., he was the son of Lois Vilsack Lewis and the late Walker Lucas.
He is survived by two brothers, Howard Ray and Freddy Eugene Lucas both of East Bernstadt; one sister, Tracy Vilsack of London; plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Besides his father he was also preceded in death by his step-fathers, John Vilsack and Billy Lewis.Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13 at Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Josh Durham officiating.
Burial followed in the Murray Cemetery in East Bernstadt.
Visitation was after 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
