Lorene Hall

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Lorene Hall, 79, formerly of London, Ky.,  passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, in Loveland, Ohio.  

Born on May 4, 1934, in Laurel County, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Jewell and Relda Rogers Arthur.

She was a pricing agent for Goodwill and  was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was united in marriage to Howard Lee Hall, who preceded her in death. 

She is survived by two children,  Lisa Balmer and husband, Mike, of Mason, Ohio, and Fred Hall and wife, Shawn, of West Chester, Ohio; two sisters,  Nadene Lewis and Alene Wilkerson, both of London; three grandchildren, Jonathan and Eric Balmer and Howie Hall, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn her passing. 

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Arthur.

Funeral services were conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Steve Wilkerson and Jonathan Balmer officiating. 

Burial followed in the Arthur Cemetery, Laurel County.

Pallbearers were Mike Balmer, Jonathan Balmer, Eric Balmer, Howie Hall, Fred Hall and Dylan Blair.

The family received  friends from 1 p.m. Saturday until the funeral.

The family suggests donations be made to Hospice of South West Ohio, 7625 Camargo Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243 in memory of Lorene Hall.
