LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Cecille Moore House, left this world for a much better place on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013
Cecille was a kind, compassionate woman whose love of family was a close second to her faith in the Lord. Waiting for Cecille in heaven are her husband of almost 50 years, Henry House; her parents, Alfred and Myrtle Moore; her sister, Irene Smith; and her best friend, Ruby Smith.
Left to cherish her memory and live out her legacy are her daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Steve Ilnick, Susie and Phil Garrett, and Cindy and Danny DeSpain; her grandchildren, Hank Garrett (Sara Deeley), Jill DeSpain McCall (Casey), Drew Ilnick (Kaitlin McCulloch), and Aly DeSpain; her sister Lillian Ingram; and her friends and family members touched by her generous spirit.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Benge, Ky.
Burial followed in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Visitation was one hour prior to the service at the church.
Visitation in Louisville was conducted from 3 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home with rememberance service at 7 p.m.
House-Rawlings Funeral Home assisted the family with local funeral arrangements.
