Michelle Trosper Chaffman

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Michelle Trosper Chaffman, 51, Old Salem School Road, London, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at her residence.

Born Sept. 26, 1961 in Bethesda, Md., she was the daughter of Julian and Shirley Elmore Trosper of London. She was a sales representative for Sysco Food Services and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Somerset.

She is survived by her parents; her husband, Paul Chaffman of Old Salem School Road, London. She was the sister of Michael Trosper and wife Mendy of London, and Marla Trosper Guillaume and husband Lee of Louisville; the granddaughter of Lou Trosper of East Bernstadt; and is survivsed by four nephews, Bryce Trosper, Brady Trosper, Landon Harris and Andrew Guillaume; and two nieces, Chaney Trosper and Erika Vance.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Julian T. Trosper and her grandparents, John and Guilula Elmore.

The family of Michelle Trosper Chaffman will receive friends in the chapel at London Funeral Home Saturday, Feb. 23 from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral hour with the Rev. Allen Brimer and Ursula Brady officiating.

Entombment will follow at A.R. Dyche Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Roy Dean Sexton, Thomas King Evans, Russell Caldwell, Ken Kubley, Tim  Ciancio, John Elmore, Andrew Guillaume, Lee Guillaume and James Lincks.

Honorary pallbearers will be Thomas Rhinehart and Rawley Rhinehart.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society and/or First Presbyterian Church, 200 North Vine Street, Somerset, Ky., 42501.
