Alma Faye Hubbard

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Alma Faye Hubbard, 68, of London, Ky., passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at her residence.

She is survived by five children, Elizabeth Wagers and husband, James Bowens, and Carolyn Webster, both of London, George Cotton and wife, Ina, of Tazewell, Tenn., Michael Cotton and wife, Lisa and Billy Cotton and wife,  Angie, all of London; one brother, Eddie Dean Tipton and wife, Lorene of Manchester, Ky.; 16 grandchildren, Johnathan, Jessica, Jason, Michael, Emily, Austin, Karen, Melondy, Tyler, Derick, Harley, Cole, Breanna, Kevin, Zachary, and Cameron; and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ella Hubbard Tipton; first husband, George Cotton; second husband, George Hubbard; a son, Jack Cotton; a sister, Carolyn Louise Tipton and a brother, Carl Eugene Tipton.  

Funeral service was conducted at 12 noon Sunday, April 28, in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Brother Claude Gilbert and Brother Joe McQueen officiating.  

Burial followed at Cotton-Jones Family Cemetery in Laurel County.

 The family received friends after 6 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
