LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Anita Hall, 88, Allons, Tenn., formerly of London, Ky., passed away Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013, at her residence.
Born Aug. 27, 1925 in Travelers Rest, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Teda Hartsock Oliver. She was a nurses aid and member of the Fraternal Order of Police in Anderson, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gilbert Hall; and two brothers, Joseph Oliver and Robert Oliver.
Survivors include a son, Ronnie Fuhrman and wife, Ella, Allons, Tenn.; a daughter, Emma Kerns, Lebanon, Ohio; four brothers, Charles Oliver and wife, Joyce, Enterprise, Ala., Enoch Oliver and wife, Effie, Russell Springs, Ky., Otis Oliver and wife, Mary, Fairfield, Ohio, and Clifford Oliver and wife, Brenda, Scottsville, Ky.; a sister, Kathleen Jennings, Corbin, Ky.; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 11 in the chapel of London Funeral Home with Delmar Gross officiating.
Burial will follow in Potter Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cullen Combs, Eric Fuhrman, Jessie Johnson, Paul Thompson, Jeff Oliver and Mike Oliver.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10 at the funeral home.
