Effie Jackson, 82, formerly of Laurel County passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, in Detroit, Mich.
She was the mother of Julia Jackson and Richard Jackson.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time but will be announced later by Bowling Funeral Home.
