Polly Nottingham

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Polly Nottingham, 93, of North Mill Street, London, Ky., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012, at her residence.

Born Jan. 13, 1919 in Hazard, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Walter and Eliza Smith Stacy. She was a member of the Mill Street Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Callie Mullins, Cora Cornett and Carrie Mullins; and by three brothers, Jim Stacy, Caleb Stacy, and Kellie Stacy.

Survivors include a  son, Michael (Beverly) Nottingham, London; three daughters, Linda (Jim) Spaeth and Judy (Melvin)Winberry, all of London, and Phyllis (Donnie) Baker of Lexington, Ky.; a sister,  Nancy Stacy and a brother, Enoch Stacy. both of London; seven  grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral hour today, Friday, Sept. 21 in the chapel of London Funeral Home with C.L. Bruner and Mark Robinson officaiting.

Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Nick Jones, Chad McNew, Kevin Nottingham, Jim Spaeth, Chamberlain Dedman and Greg Winberry.
