LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. —
Ronald Eugene Davis, 60, of Corbin, Ky., passed away Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at his residence.
He was born on June 7, 1952, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Kenneth and Clara Dacus Davis.
He was a former RECC lineman and was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Evans Davis of Corbin; five sons, Ronald and William Davis, both of Florida, Timothy Davis and wife, Misty, of Barbourville, Donald Davis and wife, Julie, of Portland, Ore., and Jonathan Davis and wife, Joetta, of Barbourville; a brother, Edward Davis of Pineville, Ky.; and 14 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Hampton Funeral Home, Barbourville, from noon until 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4.
Bowling Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
