Wells Walter Stigall

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Wells Walter Stigall, 67, Dean Hunley Road, East Bernstadt, Ky., passed away Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at his residence.

Born May 20, 1945 in Somerset, Ky., he was the son of the late Walter Partick and Sarah Ellen McCowell Stigall of Somerset.

He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the the Kentucky Motorcycle Association.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Priscilla M. Stigall.

Survivors include his children, Mark Anthony Coleman, Danielle Nicole Maupin and Cody Maria Stigall; siblings, William D. Stigall and Sarah Ellen Perkins; and two grandchildren, Rekenya Nicole Maupin and Kendall Daymondize Maupin.

A gathering of friends service will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today Wednesday, Aug. 8 in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home.
